Net-zero operations by 2030
Since 2019 we have cut our own scope 1 and 2 emissions by 64%, moved 80% of our offices to renewable power and set a carbon budget for travel in every practice. We publish our progress every year, checked by an independent firm.
People and inclusion
46% of our partners and directors are women and we will reach 50% by 2028. Every office runs a mentoring programme for first-generation graduates.
Pro-bono work
Our teams have given 78,000 hours to nonprofits since 2021, from vaccine logistics to flood-recovery planning. Our goal is 100,000 hours by 2027.
