Shikhor Partners was founded in Dhaka in 1989 by three partners and a single client. Today we are 4,200 people in 18 offices across 11 countries, working with banks, energy companies, hospitals, retailers, telecom operators and governments.

We are owned by our partners, which keeps us independent: we recommend what is right for the client, not what sells more of our time. Every engagement is led by a partner who stays accountable for the outcome, from the first workshop to the last milestone.
